Not ready for my close-up! Terri Seymour emerges from a beauty salon looking washed out The 37-year-old looked tired

TV presenter Terri Seymour was distinctly lacking the X Factor as she left a posh hairdressers in Beverly Hills yesterday.

Hair cuts at the Neil George salon start at $220, so what exactly Terri had done remains a mystery as she walked to her car with her hair scraped into a messy bun and her face free of make-up.

The 37-year-old X Factor correspondent was wearing a short black skirt with leather motorcycle boots that showed off her long legs but still failed to draw attention away from her tired looking face.

Terri is currently in the middle of covering the extended X Factor USA finals which may account for her washed-out appearance.

She said in an interview with Good Day LA last month that she does find the the show difficult sometimes: 'It's very emotional,' she said.

The Extra correspondent dated Simon Cowell for six years, before they split over his reluctance to marry and have children.

Following their break up in 2008, Seymour is understood to have been given more than £6million as a ‘parting gift’.

She also continues to live in his £3.5m, four bedroom house in Beverley Hills while waiting for the completion of another property.

But it is believed the new £3m Beverley Hills home was also a gift from Cowell, who had paid thousands of pounds for its refurbishment.

Sources said Cowell made the gesture as a ‘thank you’, despite suggestions it was to prevent Seymour lifting the lid on their turbulent relationship.

That's a great picture for the fireplace. The kids would never go near that. It just goes to show, make up and hair stylists maketh the woman, the woman naturally doth not!

She's 37, two years YOUNGER than Gabrielle Union, and yet Gabrielle looks a good 15 years younger than her. It's called SPF, people.

I actually feel sorry for her reading some of these comments. She must feel awful seeing these pics. Nobody's perfect. But, at least she has a great figure :)

hmm Terri was in the year above me at school yet she claims to be 37? i think she was more interested in her hair at school than her hair as im 38! She has done well for herself though career wise
